Driver Terms & Conditions
OXFORD CLEANERS (operated by RIA "N" SAHRA, INC) · Version 2026-10-02.2 · Last updated October 2, 2026
These terms apply to every driver and pickup and delivery specialist working with OXFORD CLEANERS (operated by RIA "N" SAHRA, INC). They explain how to look after company equipment and customers' belongings, how to drive safely with the app, what the app records about you, and how we keep customer information private. Please read them, then sign in the driver app before your first route and again whenever they change.
Your work
1. What These Terms CoverYou work for OXFORD CLEANERS as an employee. These terms cover how you use the driver app and handle company equipment and customer property while you're working a route. They add to, and don't replace, our employee policies and any written offer or agreement you have with us; your pay, hours, benefits and schedule are covered there, not here. Record all the time you work, including loading, waiting and driving between stops, and never work off the clock. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have as an employee under Texas or federal law.
2. Taking Care of Equipment and Customers' BelongingsWhile you're on a route you're trusted with company equipment (such as a delivery vehicle, phone or route supplies) and with customers' garments and belongings. Please handle them with reasonable care and follow our handling procedures. If something is damaged, lost or stolen, report it right away (see section 6) so we can look after the customer.
Damage or loss caused by carelessness, by not following our procedures, or on purpose may lead to retraining, other discipline, or ending your employment. Ordinary wear and tear, and damage or loss that was genuinely outside your control (for example, an accident caused by another driver, severe weather, a theft you reported promptly, or equipment that was already faulty when you got it), will not be held against you.
We will never take money out of your pay for damage, loss, shortages or equipment unless you have signed a separate written authorization for that specific deduction, as Texas law requires. Accepting these terms is not that authorization. This does not limit any other right the law gives you or us.
Driving safely
3. Safe DrivingFollow all traffic laws and wear your seat belt. Never drive while impaired by alcohol, drugs, medication or exhaustion. You must hold a valid driver's license for the vehicle you drive, and tell us right away if your license is suspended or revoked, or if you get a moving violation or have an accident while working. If we ask you to use your own vehicle, you must keep the insurance Texas law requires on it; how we pay you for using it is set out in your pay terms.
4. Using the App While DrivingTexas law prohibits reading, writing or sending electronic messages while driving. Do not type, tap through stops, read invoices or take photos in the driver app while your vehicle is moving. Pull over or park safely first. You may use turn-by-turn navigation only hands-free, with the phone in a mount and spoken directions or a quick glance, as the law allows. We will never ask you to answer a message or update the app while driving; no delivery is worth an accident.
What the app records
5. Location, Photos and ActivityLocation. While you're signed in to the driver app, it uses your phone's location to put your stops in order, to text customers when you're about a mile away, to show a customer where you are on a small map once you're within about half a mile of their stop, and to estimate each route's miles. The app sends your location about every 20 seconds and stops when you sign out. We keep only your most recent position (each new one replaces the last, and it's cleared from a customer's order when that stop is done) and the total miles driven on each route each day. We don't keep a history of where you've been, and we don't track you when you're signed out.
Photos. The app uses the camera only for delivery photos, photos of empty pickups, and photos you take to report damage. Photos are kept with the order as proof and used only to settle questions about that order. Empty-pickup photos are deleted after 60 days.
Activity. We keep a record of your sign-ins, the stops you complete and when, and the reports you file, to run routes, answer customer questions and keep accounts secure. Our Privacy Policy explains how long we keep information and who helps us process it.
6. Reporting ProblemsReport any damage, loss, accident, injury or empty pickup as soon as it's safe to do so, and before the end of your shift, with a photo where you can. Honest reports protect you and the customer. Knowingly filing a false report is a serious violation of these terms.
Privacy and checks
7. Keeping Customer Information PrivateCustomer names, addresses, phone numbers, gate codes and order details are confidential. Use them only to complete your assigned stops. Don't share, copy, screenshot or keep them for any other purpose, during or after your employment. Tell us right away if your work phone is lost or stolen, or if you think someone else has seen customer information.
8. Background and Driving Record ChecksIf we use an outside company to check your background or driving record, we'll first give you a separate written notice and ask for your written permission, as the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act requires. If we're thinking of making a decision against you based on that report, we'll give you a copy of it and a summary of your rights before we decide, so you can tell us about anything that's wrong.
Signing these terms
9. Changes to These TermsWe may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the version date at the top, show you what changed, and ask you to sign the new version in the driver app before your next route.
10. Your SignatureWhen you type your full name and tap "I Agree" in the driver app, that is your electronic signature. We record your name, the date and time, and the version of these terms you signed, and you can read the signed version here at any time. If a court decides part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest stay in effect. These terms are governed by Texas law and applicable federal law.
