How to delete your account

1. Open the OXFORD CLEANERS app and log in
2. Go to the Account tab
3. Scroll down to the Delete my account box
4. Tap Delete my account and confirm

Don't have access to the app anymore? Call or text us at (281) 412-3419 and we'll process the deletion manually once we've verified it's you.

What gets deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent once confirmed. It removes:

• Your sign-in: phone number registration, PIN and username
• Your saved card
• Your app profile (name and address)
• Your notification preferences

What we keep

Your past orders, invoices and payment records (including the name, phone number and address on them) are business records. We keep them for at least 5 years for our accounting, tax and audit records, even after your account is deleted. They are no longer shown in the app. We also keep the record of when you agreed to our terms and to text messages.

There is currently no option to delete only part of your account while keeping it active; deletion removes everything listed under "What gets deleted" at once.
